  • Audit & Asset Data: Portfolio exposure, divestment objectives, and ESG-risk benchmarks provided during engagement protocols.
  • Contact Metrics: Corporate email addresses, direct office phone numbers, and engagement history.

3. Processing Mandate

Your data is processed only for the delivery of our impact advisory: initialization of partner-led audits, fulfillment of FCA reporting obligations, and compliance with PRI transparency mandates.

4. Disclosure & Confidentiality

We do not sell data to third-party aggregators. Disclosures are strictly limited to:

  • Financial and regulatory authorities (FCA, NCA) as required by UK law.
  • External specialized auditors (Ethics, Ecology, Carbon Specialists) bound by bilateral NDA.
  • Service providers under strict data-security protocols.

5. Retention & Security

Mandate-related data is retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with FCA record-keeping requirements. All data is processed on secure, encrypted infrastructure located within the UK/EEA jurisdiction.
